Shipping and Returns

We make returns easy because we want your experience with us to be the best possible. Many stores that sell online have a very strict no return policy. We realize this puts you, the bride, in a very stressful situation. So we have made returns simple.

If you receive your dress and need to return it, email us and we will send you a shipping label. All you pay is return shipping that will be deducted from your refund. This MUST be done within 72 hrs of receiving the dress. We will inspect the dress when it arrives back to us and make sure that there aren’t any obvious signs that it has been used. At that time we will return the difference back to you. 

If you want a different dress from our store, we will be happy to apply your previous balance (minus the return shipping) towards the purchase of a different dress. 

If you miss the 72hr return window we will return the dress (assuming it hasn’t been worn and has no signs of wear when returned) with a $100 restocking fee, but the difference will only be given as credit towards any other purchase on our site. This can only be done for 1 week after receiving the dress.

After one week, returns will not be accepted. 

We are very strict about our returns policy. It is one of the most friendly return policies in our industry and we have it because we really do want to help our brides find the right dress for them. 

If you are stuck between two or three dresses, Please consider our Try 3 Program. It is $189 non-refundable, but it is a lot less expensive than flights, alterations or restocking/shipping costs. It really is worth it when you are having a hard time deciding between several dresses.
